What You Will Be Doing

About The Role

From the moment someone applies to the day they eventually move on, this role touches almost every part of their journey with us. You’ll manage recruitment, keep personnel records accurate and confidential, and make sure our people policies are actually followed, not just written down somewhere.

Beyond the paperwork, you’ll also be looking after staff welfare, running training and onboarding, and helping keep morale strong across our outlets. It suits someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, not just managing their files.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

Job Responsibilities

Here’s what this role typically covers:

Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to interviews to candidate selection.
Handle onboarding, resignations, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Monitor attendance, scheduling, and leave records across outlets to keep manpower allocation on track.
Implement HR policies, the employee handbook, and performance evaluations, with proper follow-up.
Organize staff training, orientation, and team-building activities.
Manage employee welfare, disciplinary matters, accommodation arrangements, and internal communication.
