What You Will Be Doing

About The Role

As a Service Crew member at One Cue Sport Centre, you are the first point of contact for every guest who walks through our doors. You will help players feel welcome from the moment they arrive, take their orders, serve drinks and snacks, and keep the lounge area clean and comfortable throughout your shift.

This is a hands-on, people-facing role that suits someone who enjoys a social and active working environment. No experience is required. We provide full training and are happy to take in fresh graduates and first-time job seekers.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

Job Responsibilities

Here is what a typical shift looks like for our Service Crew team.

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, making them feel at home from arrival.

  • Assist guests with orders and serve drinks and snacks promptly, keeping a positive attitude throughout the shift.

  • Record table numbers and assist with simple cashier transactions when required at the counter.

  • Keep tables, seating, and counter areas clean, organised, and presentable at all times.

  • Help promote a comfortable and enjoyable snooker lounge atmosphere that encourages guests to return.

  • Support team members during busy periods and assist with event nights or promotional activities when needed.
