What You Will Be Doing
About The Role
Walk into One Cue and you’ll see this role’s work everywhere. The event banner at the entrance. The promo poster by the counter. The graphics on our Instagram feed. All of it starts as a blank canvas that someone needs to fill, and that someone is you.
You’ll be designing for print and digital side by side, which means switching between a poster layout in the morning and a social media carousel by the afternoon. We’re not looking for a finished portfolio. We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye who wants to build one here.

What We Are Looking For
Skills and Qualities
Software skills matter, but they’re teachable. What we can’t teach as easily is an eye for what looks right. Here’s what we’re hoping you bring.
🎨 An Eye for Layout
You can look at a blank space and know how to fill it with balance, not clutter.
🖥️ Comfortable in the Tools
Photoshop and Illustrator, or a genuine willingness to get fluent fast.
🧩 Consistency Under Pressure
Even on a tight deadline, your work still looks like it belongs to the same brand.
⏱️ Multitasking Mindset
Multiple requests, one deadline. You know how to prioritize without cutting corners.
✅ A design portfolio helps, but it’s not required. Fresh graduates and first-timers are genuinely welcome here. We’ll train you on the rest.
