What You Will Be Doing
About The Role
This role sits between the technical and the strategic. You’ll manage our WordPress website day to day, keep an eye on how it’s performing in search, and coordinate the digital projects that help the business run smoother, from automation ideas to system integrations.
You’re not writing code from scratch here. You’re the person making sure our digital tools stay configured, updated, and actually useful, while flagging opportunities to improve things further.

🌐 WordPress Confidence
Comfortable managing a live WordPress site, including plugins and updates.
📊 SEO Awareness
Familiar with, or willing to learn, tools like Google Search Console.
🤝 Team Alignment
Can work with different departments to push a digital project to completion.
📝 Record Keeping
Keeps clear records of issues and fixes so nothing gets lost.
✅ Prior experience managing websites or digital systems is an advantage, but it is not required. We welcome candidates who are organized and genuinely interested in digital operations. Full training is provided.
