What You Will Be Doing

About The Role

Someone films an event, a promo shoot, or a quick clip on the floor. Then it lands on your desk as raw, unedited footage that needs pacing, color, sound, and subtitles before it’s ready to post.

You’ll spend most of your time in the edit, but not all of it. Sometimes you’ll be on-site helping with lighting or framing before a single clip is shot. If you enjoy the craft of cutting a story together and want to build motion graphics skills along the way, this role gives you room to do both.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

Job Responsibilities

Here’s what happens to it before it’s ready to post.

Cut promotional videos, event highlights, and short-form ads from raw footage.
Handle the full post-production pass: color grading, sound mixing, subtitles.
Build GIFs, motion graphics, and simple visual effects for short clips.
Show up on shoot days to help with setup, lighting, and framing.
Keep our video and motion asset library organized and easy to find.
Stay in sync with designers and marketing so every video still feels on-brand.
Pick up new editing techniques and AI tools that speed up your workflow.

🎨 Post-Production Range

Color grading, sound, subtitles. Comfortable now or eager to learn fast.

GIFs and motion graphics interest you, even if you’re still building the skill.

Hands-On When Needed

Happy to step away from the timeline and help out on an actual shoot.

✅ Editing experience helps, but a strong instinct for storytelling matters just as much. Fresh graduates and first-timers are welcome. We’ll train you from there.
