Our Coaching & Training team teaches snooker fundamentals, guides beginners and supports practice sessions, friendly matches and small in-house events. This role is ideal for those who enjoy teaching and helping others grow.

Snooker Coach 教练
Provide structured lessons, guide players at different levels and promote good sportsmanship.
Job Responsibilities 工作职责 ：
- Conduct one-to-one or small group lessons.
- Teach stance, grip, aiming and basic strategies.
- Guide beginners on rules and proper etiquette.
- Support friendly matches, leagues and internal events.
Skills 技能 ：
- Strong knowledge of snooker basics and techniques
- Clear communication & patient coaching style
- Ability to demonstrate drills effectively
- Coaching or competition experience preferred
Assistant Coach 助教
Support coaching sessions, prepare equipment and assist players during practice.
Job Responsibilities 工作职责 ：
- Assist with warm-ups, drills and simple demonstrations.
- Prepare tables and equipment before sessions.
- Observe players and provide basic feedback.
- Help run friendly matches and small events.
Skills 技能 ：
- Basic understanding of snooker fundamentals
- Friendly, encouraging and approachable attitude.
- Able to assist simple demonstrations
- Suitable for part-time or flexible hours.
Technician / Table Maintenance 技术员
Maintain and repair snooker tables, lighting and equipment to ensure a professional playing environment.
Job Responsibilities 工作职责 ：
- Maintain and repair tables, lighting and scoring systems.
- Inspect cues and balls to ensure safety and performance.
- Change cloths, level tables and ensure proper conditions.
- Conduct routine checks and update maintenance records.
Skills 技能 ：
- Basic mechanical or technical understanding
- Good attention to detail when adjusting table levels
- Troubleshooting ability
- Willingness to learn snooker table maintenance
