Maintain company systems, network and hardware to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Responsibilities 工作职责 ：
- Monitor and troubleshoot system, network and hardware issues.
- Support staff with computer, printer and software problems.
- Manage user accounts, access and data backups.
- Assist with internal systems such as timer, membership and POS.

IT Executive / IT 执行员
Maintain websites, improve internal systems and support digitalisation projects.

- Update and maintain company website.

- Monitor website stability and basic performance metrics.
- Assist digitalisation and automation projects across departments.

- Develop and maintain internal systems and tools.
- Work on full-stack web development using HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, MySQL.
- Customise and extend WordPress-based systems.
- Research new technology (AI, automation, API integration) for upgrades.
