What Our Team Does
Our Front of House team is the first touchpoint for guests.
You’ll welcome players, manage simple operations, assist with orders and help maintain a clean, comfortable snooker environment. It’s a hands-on role for people who enjoy friendly interaction and staying active during the shift.

Waitress / Service Crew 服务员
Assist guests with orders, serve drinks and snacks, and help maintain a friendly snooker lounge atmosphere.
Job Responsibilities 工作职责 ：
- Greet customers and assist with basic lounge information.
- Take and serve drink / snack orders with a positive attitude.
- Support table number recording and simple cashier tasks.
- Keep tables, seating and counter areas clean and tidy.

Cleaner / Housekeeping Staff 卫生员
Keep the snooker tables, lounge area and public spaces clean, safe and comfortable for all guests.
Job Responsibilities 工作职责 ：
- Clean tables, cues and balls according to our standards.
- Maintain floor, seating and common areas throughout the shift.
- Check and top up cleaning supplies when needed.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.

Counter Assistant / Manager 柜台助理 / 经理
Handle counter operations, guest check-in and payments, and help coordinate daily lounge activities.
Job Responsibilities 工作职责 ：
- Welcome guests, manage table bookings and assign tables.
- Handle payment, record sales and basic daily reports.
- Support shift scheduling and communicate with team members.
- Assist in small promotions, events or league nights when needed.
